Let’s start with a little life update:
I’m officially working with a practitioner again—and honestly, it feels like a relief.
Even as a coach myself, I truly believe coaches need coaches. We all need someone outside of ourselves to spot what we can’t. Just like doctors don’t act as their own doctor… therapists need therapists… coaches need support too.
I always want to keep learning, growing, and getting curious about the way my body is communicating with me—and it feels good to be supported in that. Plus Ben and I are running deeper testing to get to, and heal, the root.
I am stepping away from social media…
I’m also taking a full week off social. No posting, no scrolling, no background noise. The apps are getting deleted off my phone this weekend.
Not because anything is wrong, but because I’ve been feeling burnout creep in—and even though I do enjoy creating, the content hamster wheel doesn’t help. Especially when it feels like the algorithm is working against you and everyone is a little too distracted to engage with anything real.

Below I am sharing a breakdown of exactly what I use and what actually works.
No judgment if you use Botox. I’ve had it a few times in my life too. But for me, I noticed my body was reacting to the additives in the injections—and since my system tends to be more sensitive, I wanted to support my skin naturally.
And honestly? It’s I’ve noticed a huge difference.

My favorites specifically for anti-wrinkle and when I use them:
Bounce Back Serum I use this in the morning — I took a break from it, and since adding it back a month ago? Huge difference.
Clarity Serum (I use this in the evening) — helps with collagen and cell turnover. Been using this one for a couple of years now.
Barrier oil, spray, and Hydraglow moisturizer (yep—hydrated skin helps soften and prevent fine lines) - I use the barrier oil and spray in the morning and moisturizer in the evening. Yes, this is a little unhinged. But I love it. I apply it nightly and notice a difference when I skip a few days.

✨ Nourishing food
Balancing blood sugar doesn’t just affect energy or cravings—it reduces oxidative stress, which absolutely impacts how your skin ages.
You can’t out-serum a dysregulated system. Truly the healthier you are on the inside, the healthier, clearer, and less wrinkly your skin will be on the outside.
